- Researching, building and maintaining the knowledge repository for agile methods and tools
- Supporting colleagues in their projects
- Providing consultancy services required by projects
- Inspiring customers to develop new solutions within projects
- Supporting customers to plan and implement new solutions within projects
- Providing information required to manage projects

Accountabilities:
- Identifying prospects and generating interest for them within DAC network
- Connecting prospects with the DAC network
- Arranging meetings between prospect decision makers and the DAC network
