Accountabilities:
- Coordinating and assigning clients projects to the best fitting @Project Lead, @Creative Director and @Visualizer, according to the crafting images process (CIP) as described by @Process Design
- Balancing workload by monitoring the capacity, capability, overall well-being and coordinating support if needed
- Holding Meetings with all needed role fillers when necessary to coordinate the workload
- Defining 3D modelling priorities for client projects in case of overlapping and unfeasible deadlines
- Checking role fillers' creating visuals allotted budget before assigning new projects
- Coordinating with @Fleet Commander to allot capacities to @Top_Guns for upcoming drone flights
Purpose:
High-quality tools and efficient processes to support production

Accountabilities:
- Guiding and mentoring newcomers individually through the training plan defined by @Internal Training Design
- Helping newcomers as primary point of contact
- Welcoming and introducing newcomers to Nightnurse
- Maintaining documentation of "boot camp" and "scouting" phases in the training plan
- Attending interview meetings for potential new visualizers on request by @General Company Circle
Purpose:
Creating an overarching and attractive brand image representing Nightnurse Images

Accountabilities:
- Getting in touch with potential customers at social events
- Qualifying lead by following up on contacts established during events
- Handing off the qualified lead to @Sales Force
- Creating lists with appropriate contacts for events
- Maintaining relationships with non-clients

Outstanding Internal and External Training and Tools for the Art and Technology of Visualisation

Accountabilities:
- Teaching visualization to external students
Purpose:
Perfect Visualisation Solutions for Architects, created through a profound understanding of their Needs and Expectations.

Accountabilities:
- Reviewing product quality with @Visualizer according to the crafting images process (CIP) as described by @Process Design, providing professional advice and helping if necessary
- Showing 'to boldly go where no man has gone before'-pathways to @Visualizer
- Intervening in the creative production process if the visualizer is under performing, the product is not meeting quality standards and/or at other disturbances
- Spotting disturbance patterns in the production process and addressing them
- Holding monthly meetings with available creative directors to discuss the state of the creative production in the company.

Accountabilities:
- Working towards customer expectations as captured in the project description and communicated in the @General Company Circle briefing, as well as directly communicated by the client.
- Leading commissioned projects by nightnurse standards according to the crafting images process (CIP) as described by @Process Design
- Communicating externally with the client and internally with the project team (usually including @General Company Circle, @Visualizer, @Creative_Director) and being in active and constant exchange.
- Receiving and verifying client feedbacks and discuss them with @Visualizer and @Creative Director
- Keeping track of project budget and communicating budget issues with @Proposer and @Visualizer, informing the client if out-of-scope requests lead to additional costs before doing them
- Distributing tasks inside the team (when more than one @Visualizer is involved)
- Checking client data and sending projects to @3D Modeller (Buenos Aires)
- Setting up the final folder with all necessary files and archiving projects
- Organizing site photos in a timely manner
- Capturing internal feedback on client collaboration and complaints after a finished project
- Checking and sending out invoices that match the delivered services
- Updating Project Timeline in Vertec when changed and communicating it in #project_coordination in slack

- Setting up the collaboration platform on time for accepted projects
- Passing on existing project related information from customer to @Project Lead
- Collecting and capturing up-to-date customer information
- Preparing, sending out accurate proposals and adjusting them, if needed, until project start

- Documenting and presenting workshops on request
- Capturing internal feedback on self-satisfaction, 3D model and photography after a finished project
- Creating "X-Ray" content on request by @The Workshop Dude
- Following the Quality Standard guidelines and requirements, documented on notion, during the crafting image process
- Taking site photos for any assigned projects in accordance with Site-Photography Quality Standards

Marketing Project Lead
Purpose:
Project Lead and Communication that leads to a happy Real-Estate Marketing CustomersAccountabilities:
- Working towards Real-Estate Marketing customer expectations as captured in the project description and communicated in the Closer briefing, as well as directly communicated by the client.
- Leading commissioned projects by nightnurse standards according to the crafting images process (CIP) as described by Process Design
- Communicating externally with the client and internally with the project team (usually including Closer, Marketing Visualizer, Marketing Creative Director) and being in active and constant exchange.
